Companies usually offer trainings to personnel that they hired before the formal job begins. You have probably experienced a fair amount of training sessions before you got to your formal position in that company. Everyone undergoes training to promote the overall efficiency of an employee once he goes live. The last thing that a company needs is more odd questions than favored results. With bus drivers, they undergo rigorous training on driving, knowing the standards and applying those standards during dry and actual runs.

Bus driver trainings are very necessary since a few fatal errors from untrained drivers could mean long term losses for the company.
